Screen Shot 2018-08-05 at 11.03.23 AMThe third week in September is officially National Indoor Plant Week. This is a time to appreciate the beauty and health benefits that green plants offer us, including cleaner air.

Also, September 22 is the official start of the fall season, which brings special events along with a change in the weather.

Our San Diego flower shops have plants and fall flowers ready for your event, special occasion, or just for decorating your home or office. Here are some ideas to celebrate both September events:

ZZ PLANT

This plant is one of the easiest plants to take care of even if you are not good with plants. The ZZ Plant requires little to no natural light and manages to continue growing even when you forget to water it.

LEMON-LIME DRACAENA

This is another green plant that is very easy to maintain. You can get it in a white glass container, rustic tin, or contemporary woven basket.
